PA TO THE DIRECTORS / ACCOUNTS PAYABLE
After doing freelance work for the company in 2004, I was offered a full time role as HR Manager in January 2005. At this time the company employed around 45 people.
In 2006 the structure of the company changed and I moved in to customer services as Customer Services Manager. Having worked in customer services in previous employment this was an opportunity to show my skills in yet another area, being responsible for budgets, SLAs and being a key player in incorporating the latest company venture with a new company called PhysioRoom.
Around 2008 the company structure was to change again as the business expanded. I moved out of customer services and began working part time in my original HR Manager role for the next 18 months, also taking on some part time purchase ledger work in finance. This was an area where I had never worked before so was a big learning curve. As this was to be another string to my bow I soaked it up and learned everything I could in order to perform this role to the best of my ability.
Several years later and to date I now work in finance being responsible for a large part of the Purchase Ledger. I have always had full support from management in all the roles I have performed with the company, and although I never imagined I would work in finance, I realise that if you can adapt to change, show flexibility, willingness and have the ability to learn new skills then this company is the best place to be.
In March 2017 I started a dual role in the company. I now split my working week between Finance and the new role of PA to the Directors. Once again I have had the full support of the Directors and Management team to progress in my new role, which shows that if you are not afraid to change direction and learn new skills then Limitless Digital Group is the place to be.
